1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Brandid YouTube Downloader ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2 Service Description

Brandid Social Media Downloader provides video downloading services with the following subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: 3 downloads per month, videos up to 10 minutes, local storage only
• Tuber ($4.99/month): 10 downloads per month, 10GB server storage, videos up to 30 minutes
• Tuber Pro ($9.99/month): 30 downloads per month, 100GB server storage, videos up to 60 minutes
• Tuber Ultimate ($29.99/month): Unlimited downloads, unlimited storage, unlimited video length

3 User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not download copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding copyright and intellectual property
• Not attempt to circumvent any limitations or restrictions of your subscription plan
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Respect YouTube's Terms of Service and only download content you have the right to download

4 Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial months.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

5 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

6 Content and Copyright

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to download any content through our Service. We do not endorse or encourage copyright infringement. Users who violate copyright laws may have their accounts terminated immediately.

7 Service Availability

We strive to provide 24/7 service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandid YouTube Downloader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
